This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or request a quote, who sees it, and how long we keep it. To see, correct or delete your information, email info@us-autoglass.com.
In short: your quote request goes to one local auto glass shop in our partner network, which may pay a fee for it. Requesting a quote is free for you. We keep your request for 24 months and delete it sooner if you ask.
1. Who we are
US Auto Glass LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 1401 Pennsylvania Ave. STE 105, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA. Email: info@us-autoglass.com.
US Auto Glass connects drivers with independent auto glass technicians. We don’t replace glass ourselves, we don’t take payment from drivers, and we don’t set the price for the work: the technician who takes on your request does.
2. Information we collect
What you give us in a quote request: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, your vehicle’s VIN, the date you would like the replacement, which window needs replacing, and anything you write in a message.
What we collect automatically: your IP address, which we use for a short time to block spam and abuse of our forms, and the page you sent the request from. If we use analytics (see section 8), we also collect the pages you visit, the website that sent you to us, your browser and device type, and your approximate location.
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information about them.
3. How we use your information
- To find a technician near your ZIP code and pass your request on, so they can contact you and quote.
- To identify the right glass for your vehicle from its VIN.
- To send you a confirmation of your request.
- To answer your questions and help if something goes wrong.
- To keep the website working, stop spam, and see how the website is used.
We also show short, anonymous summaries of recent requests on this website, for example “2021 Ford Escape · Back window quote requested · Anaheim, CA · Oct 2026”: the vehicle (from the VIN), the glass, the city (from the ZIP code) and the month. These summaries never include your name, contact details or VIN.
4. How we share your information
We pass your request to our partner network, which sends it to one local shop near your ZIP code. That shop may pay a fee for the request. It doesn’t pay for the job, and you pay nothing to us.
We pass your details on only so the shop can contact you, confirm what you need and quote. Shops are independent businesses; once a shop contacts you, its own privacy policy also applies.
We also use service providers that store or process information on our behalf: the company that hosts this website and our quote system, our email provider, and our network and security provider (Cloudflare). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
We don’t rent out your information, and we don’t share it for advertising that follows you across other websites. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Sale of personal information: because a shop may pay a fee for a request, passing your request on may count as a “sale” under California law and similar laws in other states. You can opt out at any time: see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
5. How long we keep your information
- Quote requests: 24 months after we last hear from you, then deleted. Sooner if you ask, longer only where the law requires it.
- Records of privacy requests, including opt-outs: 24 months.
- Anonymous request summaries (section 3) contain no personal information and may be kept longer.
6. How we protect your information
Your information is stored with secure cloud providers, encrypted while it travels over the internet, and only people who need it can see it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- get a copy of it;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted;
- opt out of its sale or sharing;
- not be treated differently for using these rights. You get the same quote process whether or not you opt out.
To use these rights, email info@us-autoglass.com. To opt out of sale or sharing, see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before we give out or delete information; we don’t need to for an opt-out. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. We may use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit, which pages they use and which requests come from which source. Google Analytics uses cookies and keeps visit data for up to 14 months. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.
9. Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date. Important changes apply only to information collected after they take effect, unless you agree otherwise.
